Salary Expectation: N180,000 per month (Excluding performance bonuses)

Role Requirements

Experience

5 – 7 years experiences working in a training and/or consulting firm.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (second class upper minimum)

Professional certification (preferable) – Project Management Professionals (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) or relevant certifications

Age

Below 32 years old

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
• Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
• Lead marketing, sales and public relations activities.
• Organize and coordinate operations and teams in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
• Assign tasks, manage schedules and set project deadlines for various teams.
• Collect, research, track and analyze relevant business data.
• Ensure that company has the adequate and suitable resources needed to complete its activities.
