    Business Manager / Team Lead

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our team and drive the growth and success of our company. The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing our operations, managing our team, and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business management and consulting, along with exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan and business objectives.
    • Lead the development and implementation of innovative HR consulting solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets and service areas.

    Team Management:

    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of HR consultants.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set individual and team goals.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Identify and engage with potential clients to expand our client base.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality HR solutions and services.

    Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage the company's budget, financial forecasts, and P&L statements.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure the delivery of top-notch HR consulting services in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance service quality.

    Market Research and Trends:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging HR technologies.
    • Use market insights to develop new service offerings and improve existing ones.


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (Minimum of 5+ years) in business management and consulting, with a track record of successful client engagements.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
    • Results-oriented and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
    • Business development and sales experience is a plus.
