Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Business Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic growth, and ensuring that business activities align with the company’s overall objectives. This position requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple operational functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop and implement operational goals aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Evaluate current operational performance and develop strategic plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements across departments to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee the allocation and utilization of organizational resources.
• Work closely with the finance department to develop budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Review operational reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure business operations comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure operational alignment with business objectives.
• Represent the company in engagements with external stakeholders when required.
• Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the organization remains compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Work with the IT team to ensure operational systems and technology platforms support business needs.
• Stay updated on operational best practices, trends, and innovations to improve business performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of relevant experience in business operations, business management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and organizational management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools.
