Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and operational targets
Oversee production workflow, quality control, and delivery timelines
Manage budgets, cost efficiency, and financial performance
Supervise staff performance and drive accountability
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalations
Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience (printing/packaging or manufacturing experience is a strong advantage)
Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
