ABOUT THE ROLE

• As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work across Finance, Operations, Commercial/Sales, and Clinical teams to provide the analytical backbone for decision-making. You will build dashboards, analyse trends, monitor sales and revenue performance, and uncover opportunities that improve efficiency and accelerate business growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking operational, financial, and commercial KPIs.
• Analyse sales trends, revenue drivers, patient acquisition patterns, and pricing performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews with accurate, insightful data.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy.
• Evaluate performance of clinics and provide insights for expansion and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, Sales/Commercial, and Clinical teams.
• Present clear insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strong data governance practices.
