Business Development Officer at Maurice Xandra Solutions

Our client, a leading African Investment Management Company seeks to employ a Business Development Officer in the Asset Management arm of their business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and cultivate relationships with private and institutional investors, as well as initiate and follow up on new business opportunities.
•  Leverage the Company’s existing relationships by developing and executing proactive, creative, and on-going contact initiatives.
• Proactively manage client relationships and monitor the delivery of product/service proposition to clients

Qualification & Experience

• 4- 7 years relevant experience working in an Asset Management firm.
• Experience working with HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) is compulsory.
• Second Class Upper First Degree graduate in finance or related disciplines from a reputable tertiary institution. A Post Graduate Degree in related disciplines will be an added advantage.
• High achiever with a proven track record of ability to grow revenue, assets, and client base.
•  Business savvy, including a proven understanding of customer segmentation and the ability to identify opportunities.
