• Manage bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and all requirements are addressed Development of proposals, Interpret tender documentation, requests for proposals, or quotations to understand client requirements and project specifications.
• Find prices from supplier for Bill of quantity.
• Work closely with sales teams, project managers, and finance to gather relevant information for the proposals.
• Documentation Management: Maintain a library of templates, case studies, and other resources to streamline the bid writing process and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and compliance requirements related to bidding and tendering processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
