    Business Development Manager

    Role Overview

    As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to foster the company's growth in the competitive HR consulting industry. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall business development strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Research, conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities. Analyze market needs and tailor business development strategies accordingly.
    • Lead Generation, develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients. Utilize various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and partnerships, to generate leads.
    • Client Acquisition, initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their HR consulting needs. Present company services and solutions in a compelling manner to secure new business opportunities.
    • Relationship Building, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Establish rapport with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
    • Proposal Development, collaborate with the consulting team to create customized proposals and solutions for clients. Present proposals to clients, addressing their specific HR challenges and demonstrating the value of our services.
    • Sales Target Achievement, set and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with the company's growth objectives. Regularly track and report on sales performance metrics.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the HR consulting or related industry.
    • Strong understanding of HR consulting services and industry dynamics.
    • Strong understanding and experiences of HR Consulting in either of these sectors: FMCG, Oil and Gas, Construction/Real Estate, or a generalist Business Development Manager
