    Business Development Executive

    About the Role

    • As a BDR at our company, you’ll be the first point of contact between the company and potential clients—both individuals and businesses.
    • You’ll help generate leads, pitch our services, and contribute directly to our customer growth across Nigeria’s connected economy.
    • This is a high-impact role ideal for someone eager to break into sales, grow fast, and make a difference.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Source and engage B2B and B2C leads through field, digital, and referral-based outreach
    • Introduce our services to prospects ( eSIMs, mobile bundles, business internet, IoT)
    • Conduct product demos and initial client qualification
    • Collaborate with Growth & Commercial Lead to nurture high-potential leads
    • Track and update lead progress in CRM
    • Attend events, activations, or on-site visits as needed

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing 
    • Strong people skills and willingness to learn
    • Passion for innovation and digital products
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
    • Basic CRM knowledge is a plus (training will be provided)

    Benefits & Allowances

    • Salary: N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
    • Base Salary: Monthly base salary (dependent on prior experience)
    • Commission Structure: Commission on performance based on new client activations, sales volume (B2B & B2C), and CRM activity benchmarks
    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Estimated monthly earning potential (base + commission): TBD, varies based on performance and monthly KPIs
    • Monthly internet/data support
    • Transport/mobility allowance for field activities
    • Health & Wellness: Health insurance (employee only)
    • Training & Career Development*:
    • Access to sales enablement tools and onboarding program
    • Growth track toward Account Executive or Growth Lead roles
    • One-on-one mentorship with senior sales team
