Our Client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, persuasive, and capable of delivering measurable business growth while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition: Secure at least 5 new clients per month.
Client Retention: Ensure a >95% quarterly retention rate of existing clients.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain an average client satisfaction score above 90%.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of 10+ qualified prospects at all times.
Client Engagement: Conduct at least 20 meetings/calls per month with prospects and existing clients.
Proposal Conversion: Achieve a conversion rate of 30%+ from proposals to signed contracts.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in HR, outsourcing, or B2B services is a plus).
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure.
Commission:
5% commission on every new client signed.
Performance bonuses tied to retention, satisfaction, and conversion KPIs.
