    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s recruitment services. The role requires a proactive individual with strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, particularly within the recruitment or HR services space.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and markets
    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
    • Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
    • Negotiate terms of business and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and sales activities
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
    • 2–5 years of experience in business development, or sales within a recruitment consulting firm.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
