    Business Development, Credit Solutions Lead

    I-SenseVille Consults is recruiting on behalf of a leading Credit Bureau in Nigeria with its branch office in Abuja. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development, Credit Solutions Lead to spearhead the expansion and adoption of the Bureau’s credit information and value-added services across financial institutions, fintechs, and other key sectors.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing tailored credit solutions that drive value for clients while expanding the company’s footprint.

    Remuneration: 12,000,000 Gross Annually

    Work Mode: Full Time, On-site

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement business development strategies to promote credit bureau solutions and services.
    2. Identify and engage prospective clients, including banks, fintechs, microfinance institutions, and large corporations.
    3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within the credit information space.
    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    5. Lead client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development to secure new business.
    6. Collaborate with internal product, analytics, and compliance teams to deliver customized credit solutions.
    7. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and revenue growth.
    8. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through post-sale support and relationship management.

    Requirements 

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field. MBA or professional certifications are a plus.
    2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in credit bureau services, banking, fintech, or financial consulting.
    3. Strong understanding of credit data, risk assessment tools, and credit information infrastructure.
    4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
    5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    6. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Based in or willing to relocate to Abuja.
