    Business Development Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Lead and supervise the Business Development team across HQ and Business centers.
    • Foster connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and manage client accounts effectively.
    • Develop and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
    • Formulate sales strategies to meet or surpass targets and boost revenue growth, including conducting presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
    • Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competition to refine product offerings and devise targeted marketing plans.
    • Collaborate with management to create and execute business plans aligned with company objectives.
    • Work closely with departments like Training, Project, Consulting, Facility, and Operations to implement business development strategies seamlessly.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks, enhance brand visibility, and uncover business prospects.
    • Identify and approach potential customers through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
    • Develop and execute growth-oriented business development strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Conduct thorough market research to discern emerging trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making.
    • Manage the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, meeting sales targets and nurturing client relationships.
    • Craft persuasive business proposals to secure new opportunities, including pricing strategies and value propositions.
    • Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for additional business.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and exceptional customer experiences.

    Job Requirements

    •  B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or in a similar industry.
    •  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    •  Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
