Business Development and Marketing Manager, Animal & Plant Health, MEIA
Identifying and scoping of opportunities based on comprehensive market landscaping by assessing industry trends/dynamics, market potential, commercial probability, technical feasibility, regulations and competitive landscape, and strategic fit to Novonesis.
Developing the product portfolio strategy and regional value propositions to meet the regional industry /customer needs.
Planning and execution of marketing communication activities in relation to commercialization from conferences to digital campaigns in coordination with regional commercial teams and global communication teams.
Potentially Relevant Experience
Min. 5 years relevant work experience, e.g. from industry, B2B sales, marketing, business development and/or management consulting.
Experience in channel/G2M strategy development, pricing and product portfolio management.
Strong personal desire to build new business – a proven track record is a strong advantage.
Strong project management skill especially in a cross functional set up and management of a diverse stakeholder network.
