Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure the successful execution of client contracts.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline data, providing regular updates to management.
Implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics services, supply chain management, and transportation solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
Results-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of successful business development.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
