    Business Developer

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled Business Developer who will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.


    1. Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
    2. Sales and Marketing: Lead the sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
    3. Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, vendors, and industry professionals.
    4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
    5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments, including operations, marketing, and customer service.
    6. Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    7. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and positive ROI.
    8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, business development activities, and market trends.


    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the services industry.
    3. Strong understanding of the handyman services market and industry trends.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    7. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
