Business and Strategy Manager at STS Worldwide Shipping

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and stakeholders
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Operations and Management to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance, business trends, and market developments
• Support brand visibility and represent the organization during business engagements and networking opportunities
• Prepare periodic business development and performance reports for Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and the ability to utilize business management software effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives
• A Master’s degree and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
