Role Description

• Engage stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Use interviews, meetings, document reviews, workflows, and use-case analysis to elicit requirements.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to support solution development.
• Create mockups, user stories, and use cases to clarify needs.
• Lead requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders and obtain approval/sign-off.
• Document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes using standard modeling techniques.
• Lead process discovery and improvement sessions to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Facilitate process design/re-design workshops with process owners and implementation teams.
• Recommend changes to prevent issues and support continuous improvement.
• Analyze, develop, and implement measurable and sustainable process improvement plans.
