Job Description

• Developing in-depth knowledge of Company’s Products / Service.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
• Generate and work on customer referrals.
• Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.

Job Specification

• OND with minimum of 1- 2 year experience in Sales/Customer service. (Restaurants, Insurance, HMO or Airline Industry)
• Ability to communicate fluently and confidently
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to positively engage customers and implement directives / policies / processes as expected by management.
• Good computer skills.
