Summary

• As our Brand Promoter & Ambassador, you will be the frontline salesperson and cheerleader of our business.
• Your job is to actively pitch our offerings to passersby, nearby business patrons, and club guests, especially during late night and early morning hours.
• You'll be engaging customers, sharing flyers, driving foot traffic, and convincing people to try our meals on the spot.
• You must be bold, confident, outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable with street-level marketing and interacting with different kinds of people, including high-energy crowds leaving clubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote our business to passersby, people exiting the clubhouse, and nearby business customers.
• Distribute flyers and engage directly with people, sharing information about our menu, location, and offerings.
• Convince and direct traffic to our food outlet by initiating fun, vibrant conversations and pitches.
• Be stationed at strategic spots where you can approach potential customers.
• Provide accurate information about our menu, prices, and offers.
• Build awareness, excitement, and buzz around the brand through word-of-mouth and physical presence.
• Assist in collecting basic feedback from first-time buyers and passersby.
• Be visibly branded (e.g., wear T-shirts or carry signage) to represent the company professionally and vibrantly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, brand promotion, or direct marketing is a big plus.
• Confident, friendly, bold, and enthusiastic personality.
• Must be street-smart and good at reading different types of people quickly.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Must be comfortable working late nights and early mornings (club closing hours).
• Must have a clean appearance, great energy, and carry themselves well in public.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and keep energy high throughout the shift.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Female and male candidates welcome.
• Bonus if you’re familiar with nightlife settings and understand the psychology of night crawlers.

Shift Hours:

• Mostly night and early morning shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
• Availability on weekends and club nights is non-negotiable.
