    Brand Marketing Specialist

    Job Description

    • The position is responsible for developing marketing materials through extensive market research and analysis that cement ITH and Zojatech brand's identity and increase revenue by attracting new customers.
    • The position is also responsible for creating marketing plans for brand awareness and sales growth, coordinating with different experts, devising strategies to convey the brand's message, managing budgets and schedules.

    Responsibilities for the Role

    • Develop brand and communication strategy that includes media outreach and social media content creation.
    • Conduct market research on industry trends and consumer habits
    • Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and promotional materials
    • Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies to increase sales and general business growth
    • Pipe valuable company and executive information directly into CRM and filter incoming marketing leads to the appropriate territory/sales associate
    • Leverage social media platforms to generate brand recognition and enthusiasm
    • Manage outreach through social media platforms
    • Execute paid SEO and SEM strategies for product expansion, resulting in increased revenue.
    • Analyze marketing plans through ROI, sales, customer response and expansion to determine effectiveness and adjust as necessary.
    • Liaise with vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
    • Manage sponsorship materials and ensure that external organizations uphold brand standards
    • Analyze performance of all programs and provide reports to give insight on ROI and to optimize campaigns.
    • Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand.
    • Create and enhance agency, media and partner relationships.

    Requirements for the Role

    • B.Sc in Mass Communication, Public Relations or related disciplines
    • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar role
    • Brand Marketing experience in an ICT industry will be an added advantage
    • Ability to be innovative and creative.
