Brand Expansion & Corporate Communications Officer at Soupah Kitchen & Co.

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Brand Expansion Officer to help us build our chain of brands and raise brand awareness.
• You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.
• Also, as the brand expansion expert, you will take ownership over various food branding concepts, specifically brochures/concept note, catalogs, and product packaging design and material, tangible, physical items that require artwork in printed forms.
• You are tasked with our Brands portfolio within all divisions, and with third-party brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing and strengthening the company’s corporate brand across different media channels especially digital channels
• Be the Brand Ambassador for all of our portfolio of brands, developing a suite of brand materials for both internal and external use and working across all departments to ensure that work is created on brand
• Conduct a needs assessment of marketing materials for the organisation and support the implementation of creating identified materials
• Lead on brand awareness initiatives including the research and creation of public-facing documents, identifying partnership opportunities and attending meetings with potential partners when required
• Generate brand portfolio based on service catalogue and other opportunities to be added
• Planning and coordinating the creation of print documents (Technical Artworks, Good to Prints, Packaging) documentation in our PLM system for all brands
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to convert branding and communication activities and engagements to actual revenue for the organization
• Keep consistency with brand cycles and maintain an enriched customer service experience
• Ensure the delivery of consistent messaging and brand management throughout all external and internal communications, brand material and collateral.
• Contribute to producing high quality, statements, articles, briefing materials and features material as well as other relevant content as required.
• Develop and execute brand management plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to create visual concepts, using computer software and/or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers
• Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, etc. is an asset.
• Keep up with the latest design trends, technologies, and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and proven graphics design experience
• Print and pack related engineering degree and or at least 1-3 years practical experiences in related areas of expertise in production, artwork or design agency
• Project management experience and good analytical and process thinking skills
• Good and accurate writing skills
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel to acquire more knowledge on the field
• Ability to take on multiple tasks at once while maintaining strong performance and consistency
• Ability to work both individually and in a collaborative, team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
