• As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Brand & Content Marketing Manager to lead our brand marketing eff orts.
• This role will shape how 3ybal is seen, experienced, and remembered, developing compelling brand stories, creating engaging content, leading marketing campaigns, and building a community that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
• We're looking for someone who understands that great fashion brands are built on more than great products.
• They are built through compelling storytelling, memorable brand experiences, and meaningful connections with their audience.
• The ideal candidate is equal parts creative storyteller and performance marketer, someone who can develop a strong content strategy, create engaging content, direct creative campaigns, manage social media and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness, acquire customers, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Storytelling:

• Develop and execute a content and brand strategy that refl ects 3ybal's identity and business objectives.
• Own the brand voice and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Translate collections, campaigns, and brand moments into compelling stories that connect with our audience.
• Stay informed on fashion, culture, design, and consumer trends to keep the brand relevant and distinctive.

Content Marketing & Social Media:

• Plan and manage the content calendar across social media and other digital platforms.
• Lead the creation of high-quality content by coordinating photoshoots, video production, and creative assets.
• Manage day-to-day social media publishing, audience engagement, and community interactions.

Campaign Management:

• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations across organic and paid channels.
• Develop, launch, and optimise social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate campaign execution with photographers, videographers, models, and other creative collaborators to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Community Growth & Customer Engagement:

• Build and grow an engaged online community through meaningful content and customer interactions.
• Develop initiatives that encourage user-generated content, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase brand aff inity.
• Monitor audience insights and engagement trends to improve customer experience and community growth.

Marketing Performance & Growth:

• Monitor and analyse the performance of content, campaigns, and marketing activities, producing regular reports with actionable insights.
• Continuously optimise content and campaigns, testing new ideas and strategies to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and sales.
• Stay informed on fashion, culture, digital marketing, and consumer trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketing, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, combining organic content and paid social media to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
• Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager, with the ability to optimise campaigns based on performance and ROI.
• Exceptional content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content across multiple digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, particularly Instagram and TikTok, including content planning, audience engagement, and community growth.
• Proficiency in marketing and creative tools, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with experience coordinating creative projects and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A strong eye for branding, visual aesthetics, and culture, with a genuine passion for fashion, African creativity, and storytelling.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or streetwear brands.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Basic photography, videography, or creative direction skills.
