Brand & Communications Analyst (BTL Expert) at Noemdek Limited

The Brand & Communications Analyst (BTL Expert) will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and improve brand reputation
• Building brand equity through various BTL activities such as experiential marketing, activations, events, and promotions
• Conducting market research and analysis to develop insights for strategic direction and decision-making
• Creating and managing all BTL marketing materials, including brand collaterals such as flyers, pamphlets, and merchandising items
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of BTL campaigns to ensure they deliver the desired results
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaign plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 1 year working experience working for a marketing agency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret market research data
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
