Job Summary

• The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining high levels of customer service, and supporting staff performance.
• This role acts as a liaison between the branch staff and upper management and ensures that branch goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations including cash management, account processing, and loan disbursements.
• Ensure all financial and operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary action when necessary.
• Schedule and manage shifts to maintain optimal branch coverage.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support frontline staff in delivering excellent service.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
