Job Overview

• The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a team of employees, implementing business strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and financial data and make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of the automobile industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
