Our client, a leader in the international trading business in Nigeria, is engaged in the importation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, and other consumers/household products in Nigeria. 

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have a first degree in any discipline with a minimum of 7 years experience as a Manager in a reputable retail organization.
• Must have at least 4 years experience in Sales/Marketing and Business Development.
• Proven experience as a Manager in a beverage or drink producing organization industry is key.
• Marketing and sale of the company’s products and services.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong market presence.
• Prospecting, identifying, and generating businesses from potential and existing clients.
• Implement an effective network for consistent sales growth and better market penetration.
• Prepare sales, revenue/expenses reports, and realistic forecasts for the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competitors’ status.
