Job Summary

• We are hiring smart, customer-focused female Booth Attendants to support its operations at Murtala Muhammed International Airport and other designated retail locations.
• As a Booth Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with eSIM purchases, activations, and onboarding.
• This is a frontline role ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, well-spoken, and driven by customer satisfaction.
• You will be deployed in rotation-based shifts and expected to meet performance and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on eSIM product features, compatibility, and pricing.
• Assist customers in purchasing and activating eSIMs on their mobile devices.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic technical inquiries.
• Maintain daily booth activity records and update reports using tools like Google Sheets.
• Ensure proper presentation, hygiene, and professionalism.
• Meet monthly sales targets of at least 1,000 eSIM activations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all users.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any field.
• Must be punctual, well-groomed, and trustworthy.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer literacy (internet, smartphone settings, spreadsheets).
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Must reside in or around Ikeja, Lagos

Work Schedule:

• Rotational 8-hour shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night), Tuesday to Sunday.
• Works a 24-hour Monday shift and supports shift gaps throughout the week.
• Stationed at two non-airport locations, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
