Bike Mobile Patrol Supervisor at Red Eye Security Limited

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with Legislation, Health & Safety regulations, Client and Red Eye Security Ltd policy.
• Liaise with staff [guards] and Management to ensure security duties are carried out to Client and Company specification ensuring agreed standards are maintained.
• Complete and submit site inspection reports and detailed incident reports as required on a daily basis.
• Ensure NO OPERATIVE is deployed to any of your assigned location without being vetted
• Ensure staff (Guards) are trained and equipped to carry out assigned duties and Company standards are complied with at all times.
• Ensure guards' records are accurately maintained and HR issues are dealt with appropriately and in accordance with Legislation and Red Eye Security Ltd policy.
• Carry out Mobile Patrol and Alarm Response activities as required.
• Do call checks with assigned locations to ensure smooth running of operations at all time
• Daily Itinerary / work plan, site call checks and daily situation report are must for every patrol supervisor to observe.
• Outsourcing for Potential Clients through aggressive marketing, and making sure we win the contracts.
• Assisting management in drafting all necessary security operational functions policies.
• Maintaining and servicing of existing contracts and clients
• Make sure duty call checks to all Red Eye Security locations are done at least 5 times daily between the hours of 06:45 - 22:30, and immediately relate incidents or concerns to the appropriate superior officer on duty.
• You must ensure you register your presence at every location visited and as well register with the client's representative on ground in such location as this joins part of the yardsticks that determines your salary at the end of the Month.
• Participate in all meetings within Red Eye Security whenever you are asked.
• And any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications

• B.Sc
• Experience: 1 - 3 years
• Must be able to ride bike
• Applicant must be Living Around, Ajah, Shangotedo, Awoyaya, Lakowe and Bogije Area.
