Job Summary

• We’re seeking a creative and skilled Bartender with strong mixology expertise to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating unforgettable drink experiences - whether classic cocktails, house specials, or original signature blends—and will bring energy, professionalism, and personality behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, infusions, and special mixes.
• Create new signature drinks in line with seasonal themes and brand identity.
• Engage customers with a welcoming attitude, offering drink recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, restocking, and minimizing wastage.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth bar and floor operations during service.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and mixology innovations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a bartender, with proven mixology skills.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, garnishes, bitters, and cocktail techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in bartending or mixology (optional but preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
