Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and vend bubble tea beverages and snacks following the client's recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Customer Service and Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting patrons, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a delightful experience. Engage actively with customers, offering guidance on our diverse drink styles and flavours with infectious enthusiasm.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Uphold cleanliness standards for equipment and workspace. Daily tasks include mopping, waste disposal, and maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Stock Management: Oversee inventory, procure stock as needed, and maintain optimal levels to meet customer demands.
• Resource Procurement: Manage orders for ice and water to support daily operations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily cup counts.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to undertake additional tasks as required by the client to contribute to the company's overall success.
