Bar Runner at Eric Kayser

A fast-growing hospitality company is looking for a Bar Runner to provide classic, friendly and innovative drinking experience to our esteem customers, assess customers needs and make recommendations when necessary to give excellent customer experience.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Prepare varieties of drinks and beverages.
• Present bar menu and make recommendations.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Display items in compliance to Restaurant standards.
• Establish a suitable environment to keep the customer satisfied.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• In-depth knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Engaging personality, and professional appearance.
• Attention to details and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage task and time management efficiently.

QUALIFICATION: SSCE, OND,HND

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 years experience needed
