Bar Manager at Juremi Group

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Bar Manager to lead and develop our hotel\'s bar into a distinctive and successful venue. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in managing and growing bars, with a proven track record of creating a unique identity and enhancing profitability. The candidate should also be skilled in the hiring and management of mixologists and bar staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement creative strategies to establish the bar as a standout destination
• Lead the recruitment, training, and management of mixologists and the bar team
• Curate and update the bar menu, focusing on innovative and appealing drinks
• Organize and promote events, partnerships, and campaigns to attract customers and boost revenue
• Manage inventory, budgets, and cost control to maximize profitability
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
• Build relationships with suppliers, local influencers, and regular clients to enhance the bar’s presence

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and growing a bar, preferably in Abuja
• Strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to innovate and create new drink concepts
• Experience in financial management and operations

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
