To assist in promoting staff compliance in the delivery of company's mission to offer effective, efficient and satisfactory Bakery Services to customers and the general public;
To ensure that all staff comply with company rules and regulations with a view to promoting discipline and orderliness in a work place environment;
To receive and record bakery recipe/ ingredients (digitally and manually);
To issue recipe/ ingredients as required with records;
To monitor available stock of ingredients and request without delay, replenishment as needed;
To count and record baked products in a duly signed register and hand over to the packaging staff;
To reconcile baked products with issued ingredients;
To supervise sales of products and interface with customers to ensure Bakery Customer Satisfaction;
