We are seeking a passionate sales and business development strategist who is passionate about natural skincare who will lead business growth initiatives, oversee key partnerships. This role will be the face of our company, driving market expansion and ensuring strong client relationships across the B2B, B2B2C, and B2C sectors. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven business Development strategist to help us break into the market and scale our distribution and sales channels. This role offers a base salary plus commission, providing unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new sales opportunities, including retail partnerships (spas, beauty stores, online platforms, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Develop and execute structured marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
Promote our skincare products through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to showcase our products.
Educate customers and retailers on the benefits of our natural skincare range.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets within a commission-based structure.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the beauty/skincare industry).
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for natural skincare and wellness.
Willingness to travel to meet potential clients when necessary.
