B2B Business Development Manager at Givanas Group of Companies

Polar Printer Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic Printing Industry Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of printing products and services to new and existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the printing industry, and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep knowledge of the printing industry, including its products, technologies, and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and generate sales leads.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Present product and service offerings to clients in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the printing industry, including its products, technologies, and trends, to effectively position our offerings in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless client experiences and timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
• Continuously explore new business opportunities and market trends to expand our client base and product offerings.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay informed about the latest developments in the printing industry.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the printing industry.
• Strong understanding of printing technologies, processes, and products.
• Must be working in a publishing or printing company and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
