Audio Visuals / Home Appliances (AV / HA) Technician

Job Summary
- The ideal AV Technician should be able to repair sound and video equipment, while the HA Technician should be able to repair damaged or mal-functioning home appliances.
- Both candidates must be analytical with good technical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- In addition, they must be self-supervising, trustworthy, accountable and open to learn both AV/HA repairs with a view to expand competence to multitask.
Core Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of AV / HA repairs and installation of refrigerator, Washing Machine systems, AC, Chest Freezer, Showcase Freezer, Gas Cooker and Water Dispenser systems.
- Able to troubleshoot component level defects on the PBCs and Panels of all the range of AV/HA products.
- Provide excellent product service to meet customers' expectations.
Required Experience / Qualifications
- OND / HND / SSCE / Trade Test Certificate in any technical field of study.
- 1 - 3 years relevant experience in technical service or equipment maintenance.
