Associate- Corporate Commercial Lawyer at eRecruiter Nigeria

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients
• Manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and capital market transactions
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and joint venture agreements
• Conduct due diligence exercises and provide risk-based analysis to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) minimum; Master of Laws (LLM) optional
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in providing legal advisory services on simple to complex corporate/commercial transactions.
• Demonstrable knowledge of commercial law, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
