    Assistant Vice President (AVP) / Vice President (VP), Corporate Finance / Investment Banking

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP/VP Corporate Finance/Investment Banking professional to lead transaction execution, manage client relationships, and drive business development.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, financial advisory, and deal structuring, with the ability to oversee complex financial transactions and mentor junior team members.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage client relationships
    • Lead transaction execution – capital raises; debt/equity issuances, financial advisory services; mergers and acquisition mandates, financial strategies, underwriting etc. including conducting financial due diligences, financial analysis, development of prospectuses/information memorandum, pitches/proposals, financial models, presentations, investor documents/presentations etc.
    • Contribute to business development/deal origination
    • Manage, train and mentor junior team members
    • Support the execution of the corporate strategy

    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
    • MBA or Masters Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field is an added advantage
    • Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of investment banking, financial advisory, deal advisory experience (big 4 firms)
    • Strong analytical and innovative abilities
    • High level of motivation, initiative, interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Ability to priorities tasks on multiple projects
    • Business development & client management
