Assistant Vice President (AVP) / Vice President (VP), Corporate Finance / Investment Banking
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP/VP Corporate Finance/Investment Banking professional to lead transaction execution, manage client relationships, and drive business development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, financial advisory, and deal structuring, with the ability to oversee complex financial transactions and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage client relationships
Lead transaction execution – capital raises; debt/equity issuances, financial advisory services; mergers and acquisition mandates, financial strategies, underwriting etc. including conducting financial due diligences, financial analysis, development of prospectuses/information memorandum, pitches/proposals, financial models, presentations, investor documents/presentations etc.
Contribute to business development/deal origination
Manage, train and mentor junior team members
Support the execution of the corporate strategy
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
MBA or Masters Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field is an added advantage
Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA is an added advantage
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of investment banking, financial advisory, deal advisory experience (big 4 firms)
Strong analytical and innovative abilities
High level of motivation, initiative, interpersonal and leadership skills
