Assistant Training Manager at Hoganguards Limited

• The Assistant Training Manager will support the Training Manager in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs for security personnel. The role ensures that all staff are well-equipped with the skills, knowledge, and professionalism required to meet operational standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing training programs for security personnel, supervisors, and operational staff.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses on security operations, emergency response, and professional conduct.
• Monitor and evaluate trainee performance to ensure learning objectives are achieved.
• Work with Operations and HR teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and staff development progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in training, coaching, or personnel development, preferably in the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute training programs effectively.
• Professional, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards of security service.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for training management is an advantage.
