We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Regional Sales Manager(CULINARY) to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Lagos.
Identify and build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Monitor market(CULINARY) trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure competitive advantage.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, Sales Officers and Area Sales Managers to drive productivity and performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain brand integrity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success within Lagos and the South-West region in an FMCG
Strong knowledge of the regional market, including customer dynamics and distribution channels.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
