Ensuring that all the month-end books closure activities are completed within the defined timelines.
Business partnering with the Plant team.
Responsible for preparation of month end MIS reports on a timely basis
Working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure proper accounting of financial transactions.
Preparation of various adhoc MIS reports and submitting the same to the reporting authority within the timelines.
Coordinating with the business team and the back-end team to ensure that invoices are processed within the timelines.
Core member of the team that does periodic stock counts as per the stock count plan. And responsible for preparation of MIS report post the physical count.
Coordinating with the internal and external auditors during the periodic Audits.
Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Financial Controls at the Factory.
