Assistant Facility Manager

Job Description
- Maintenance of staff residential building
- Ensure physical and structural asset integrity in the Residential area.
- Coordinating maintenance related activities on a daily basis.
- Evaluation and requisitions for equipment and materials to be utilized for maintenance related activities
- Coordination of the activities of service providers in ensuring all preventive/ corrective/ routine maintenance and ad-hoc works are carried out in a timely fashion.
Requirment

B.Sc. in Estate Management or any relevant field of study and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential facilities.
