    Asset & Resource Management Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset & Resource Management Supervisor to oversee the efficient utilization, tracking, and maintenance of company assets and resources. 
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing asset lifecycles, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Maintain an up-to-date asset register, tracking acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
    • Coordinate the procurement, distribution, and maintenance of company resources.
    • Ensure all assets are properly documented, tagged, and accounted for in compliance with company policies.
    • Monitor asset conditions and oversee routine maintenance schedules.
    • Develop and enforce resource allocation plans to optimize utilization.
    • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports on asset utilization and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to forecast resource needs and manage budgets.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Train and supervise staff involved in asset and resource management.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in asset/resource management, preferably in Oil and Gas Sector.
    • Strong knowledge of asset management software and inventory tracking systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Experience in compliance and risk management related to asset utilization.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in Asset Management (e.g., CPAM, CAMA) is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in resource management.
