    Area Sales Manager

    About the Job:

    As an Area Sales Manager in vivo Nigeria, you  will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of  in your assigned geographical area, supervising and motivating your team to accomplish sales target as well as improving sales by developing sales strategies.

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining and increasing sales of vivo phones by developing sales strategies and setting targets
    • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
    • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
    • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
    • Setting sales targets for sales reps and your team as a whole
    • Allocating areas to sales representatives 
    • Compiling and analysing sales figures
    • Collecting customer feedback and market research
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitors

    Who we are looking for:

    • You have First degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant course with a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales Management of mobile phones.
    • You have a proven record of meeting sales target
    • You can successfully lead and motivate a team
    • You enjoy selling and win negotiation
    • You enjoy working with people and can communicate effectively
    • You won't lose yourself under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
    • You can work independently and also enjoy working as part of a team.
