    Finance Assistant

    About the Job:

    As a Finance Assistant in vivo Nigeria, you are involved in the day to day operations of the Finance department: processing payments, maintaining cost reports, managing invoices, data entry into the system, updating financial records.

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Update financial records
    • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
    • Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Maintain financial policies throughout the company
    • Assist with other administrative functions of the department

    Who we are looking for:

    • You have Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent in Account or Business Administration with minimum of one year experience
    • You are interested in pursuing a career in Accounting

    About the Job:

    As an Expense Accountant in vivo Nigeria, you will collaborate with other Accountants in our organization to provide financial and accounting support to the department in order to  establish and implement financial goals and budgets for the organization.

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Implement the company’s financial policy and processes accurately.
    • Process approval for all expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Update expense and loan forms
    • Review and audit monthly budget
    • Make recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options.
    • Weekly and monthly account reconciliation
    • Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
