Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for an Area Sales Manager.
• The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a specific geographical area, developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base.
• The role includes conducting market analysis, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
• Strong skills in Marketing and Strategic Planning
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Capacity to conduct Market Analysis and Customer Relationship Management
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
