Advisory Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the execution of all advisory projects from compensation and benefit, Performance Management, Skill audit
- Develop frameworks around the various HR value chain and tailor to each client’s need and strategy
- Assisting in the execution of projects and in delivering on different client briefs.
- Administration of tests and assessments
- Interviewing and Report writing
- Conduct research via social networks to identify talent to be categorized
- Attract pool of talent to the website and recruitment portal.
- Conduct industry research and product research in order to charter new areas of business

REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years HR Experience
- Professional Certificate is an added advantage (CIPM or PHRi)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Proficient in MS Office
