    Administrative Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain office inventory
    • Coordinate drivers
    • Ensure a sound and safe working environment
    • Manage office procurements
    • Manage meeting rooms and ensure meeting rooms area set up before any meeting
    • Maintain and manage office generator, fueling and services
    • Manage all vehicle maintenance and fueling
    • Ensure office cleanliness
    • Manage AEDC, telephone and other utility services
    • Cake and birthday celebration
    • Other assigned duties

    Qualifications/requirements

    • 5 years experience in administrative and operational duties
    • Bachelors degree in any related field
