Candidates must possess an Honours Degree (minimum of Second-class Lower Division) from a recognized Higher Institution, plus NYSC Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion Certificate with at least 3years cognate experience in University Administration, any other Institution of Higher Learning, Public/well established private sector.
